About his home: Cute one-story 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation home in the quiet community of Salt Pond. Home is located right next to the recreation center and just a short walk to Harris Teeter grocery store.
The well-equipped kitchen opens up to the dining and living areas. Just off of the living area is a 3-season room, featuring puzzles and games. Small sitting decks are off of the living room and master bedroom. This house is great for a small family.
Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more. Parking: 3-4 in driveway. No smoking. No pets.
Extras: 5 TVs, 2 DVDs, Gas fireplace, Gas grill, Stereo, Crib available
Community amenities: Outdoor pool (with kiddie pool), 3 tennis courts, sand volleyball court, basketball court and clubhouse, with heated pool and spa (open September-June) and fitness equipment. Available for an additional fee ($80 punch card for 20 punches and each person require one punch per day). The community is home to a golf course too.
