The family room leads out to the screened porch and deck - ideal for dining al fresco. There is also a small porch on the front of the house with plush outdoor furnishings. There is a first floor master with a jetted garden tub and walk-in shower.
The other three bedrooms are upstairs as well as two full baths. This home has room for the whole family!
Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more. Parking: driveway. No smoking. No pets.

Note: The owner of this Salt Pond vacation rental is providing paying for the guest linen fee and offering a community punch card with 10 punches for each reservation. No parking in the garage, but the guests can use it for storage.
Community amenities: Outdoor pool (with kiddie pool), 3 tennis courts, sand volleyball court, basketball court and clubhouse, with heated pool and spa (open September-June) and fitness equipment. Available for an additional fee ($80 punch card for 20 punches and each person require one punch per day.). The community is home to a golf course too.
