The first floor consists of a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, half bath in the hallway, well-equipped kitchen opening up to the dining area and living room! Just off of the living room is an open patio for outdoor grilling or a screened porch for outdoor dining. Enjoy the wonderful golf course views as you dine al fresco!
Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more. Parking: 1-car garage + 2 spots in front (as well as overflow). Non-smoking. No pets allowed.
