About this home: Comfortable, well-appointed vacation retreat in Bethany Beach. This two-level 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath end townhome is located away from the bustle of crowded condo complexes and town center rental homes, but still close enough to walk to the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants to avoid parking hassles.
Located approximately 0.6 miles from the beach, at the corner of Jefferson Bridge Road and Kent Avenue, the town home can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people in three bedrooms and living area with queen-size sofa bed.
Features a flat-grass yard, great for kicking a ball around with little ones. Screened porch with ceiling fan, plus picnic table and chairs.
Just 3/4 mile walk or bike to the heart of Bethany Beach with boardwalk, bandstand, restaurants, mini golf and many other attractions, 250 yards to Bethany Beach library. Bethany Beach trolley serving the greater town area is available at the doorstep to the town home (Memorial Day to mid-September. Outlet shopping just a short drive away to either Rehoboth Beach (north of Bethany) or West Ocean City (south of Bethany).
Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more. Parking: Driveway (3 spaces). No smoking. No pets.
