About this home: This comfortable 4-bedroom, 3-bath beach home is ready for your vacation. Located on a canal in South Bethany, this home features a downstairs living area, upstairs living area, dining area and well-equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms on second level (one a master bedroom). The other two bedrooms are located on the top level. The third floor has private sitting room with partial kitchen and deck.
Bring your boat and you can crab and fish in the back yard. Launch a small watercraft out the back door and go exploring. Head off for a picnic and go up the canal to see waterfowl such as herons and osprey. Stop at a little island and eat your picnic lunch. Sound like a great time? You can also launch a larger watercraft at the public boat launch nearby and dock behind the house. With a larger watercraft, you can motor over to the eateries or marinas nearby. Check out this peaceful and pretty setting. 3.5 blocks to the beach or parking passes available for an easy drive.
This air-conditioned resort getaway also features a boat dock, washer, dryer and more. Many extra features are available like books, sand buckets and even an extra cooler. There is also a piano for fun evenings tickling the ivories and having a sing along. It is a comfortable home with a great view. Parking: 6, including driveway, plus 1 South Bethany parking pass.
