Located just four miles from the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean in Fenwick Island, Bayside is a beach resort community featuring an award-winning 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, outdoor pools, tennis, volleyball, a community pier for fishing, nature trails, canoeing, kayaking, a playground with a carousel and more. And shopping and dining are all within reach on foot or a short drive.

Exploring the outdoors is easy from Bayside, which has 287 acres of protected, undisturbed nature from which to observe wildlife or enjoy some peaceful quiet time. Guests can explore the natural beauty from a kayak or canoe along the pristine marsh and waterways of Assawoman Bay.

The community is also home to the Freeman Stage at Bayside, featuring performances including theatrical productions, symphony and other musical performances and puppet shows.
