This incredible large and unique grand home features more than 4,000 square feet and many extras, including its own separate guest cottage featuring a sleep sofa for additional sleeping as well as full size pool table, genuine arcade game (MultiCade), a bar and a 50-inch plasma TV - for all those sporting events where a smaller TV just won't do. There is also a full bathroom. It would make a great Man Cave.

Outside there is a gorgeous bricked terrace where you can hone your barbeque skills on a large gas grill. The master suite has its own private sitting room. There is a living room with a gas fireplace and 45 inch flat screen TV on the first level as well as an open den. You will fall in love with this large well stocked kitchen. It is set up for the most serious of cooks as well as something simple like throwing in a frozen pizza or two.

The second floor features a spacious loft area that is set up as a second living room with a 25-inch flat screen. There are several flat screen TVs and many DVD players for all the TV fanatics to enjoy. Best of all is the beautiful decor! There are many custom aspects to this home that truly makes it unique.

An additional per-person (for ages 13 and older), per stay resort fee, which varies by length of stay and time of year, is required to use the amenities at Bayside. The 2013 summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day) fees are $50 per person for weekly stays or $30 per person for three-night stays. The 2013 off-season fees are $25 per person for weekly stays and $15 per person for three-night stays. This fee is NOT included in your online reservation total.
