About this home: Enjoy your vacation in this professionally-decorated 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome with a separate guest cottage complete with living area, kitchenette and full bathroom located above the garage with private entrance from the back driveway.

This beautifully decorated, colorful and spacious "Millsboro" model townhome features sleeping for up to 10 guests. The main home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. First floor features a sitting area, dining or game area, living room and well-equipped kitchen, laundry room (washer and dryer and with garage access) and cozy screened porch. Second floor is all bedrooms!

Central air conditioning too. Non-smoking. No pets allowed.

Community Amenities & Features: This waterfront golf resort community offers a quiet escape just minutes to the beach, with fantastic amenities too - including its 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, with pro shop and restaurant. Bayside features even more to challenge the mind, body and spirit, including a performing arts stage (with performances throughout the summer), shoreline nature trail, community pier and the Sun Ridge Tennis & Recreation Center, with its outdoor pools, tennis courts, exercise facilities, 20-person hot tub Kids' Splash Zone, volleyball courts, picnic and playground area. A beach shuttle is available during the summer season.

An additional per-person (for ages 13 and older), per stay resort fee, which varies by length of stay and time of year, is required to use the amenities at Bayside. The 2013 summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day) fees are $50 per person for weekly stays or $30 per person for three-night stays. The 2013 off-season fees are $25 per person for weekly stays and $15 per person for three-night stays. This fee is NOT included in your online reservation total.
