The top level boasts wonderful views of both ocean and bay from the open living, dining and well-equipped kitchen area! New carpet throughout, some new furniture and upgraded TVs in both living room and family room (2012).
On the bayside of Coastal Highway, this home is just a short walk to the North Bethany beach. In the community, you can fish and crab off the community pier, launch a kayak into the bay or wade in the 4.5-foot pool – a great vacation destination!
