About this home: Walk to the pool and club house and most of the amenities from this lovely 4-bedroom (and loft), 4-bath row home in The Villages at Bear Trap Dunes. You are located in front of the Village Green where the lush green lawn beckons for a summer picnic!
On the main floor you have your living room, dining room, kitchen and bedroom with queen size bed. There is a full bath on this level as well. Upstairs you will find two master bedrooms with private baths plus each bedroom has a queen bed as well as a single bed. There is a loft located off the front master bedroom that has two single beds, great for families vacationing together! In the back of the house there is a small patio area with table and chairs.
The newly-finished basement has a full bath and bedroom as well as an area for TV viewing, games or playing the Wii. It also features a kids area complete with table and chairs and a great chalk board wall. There is a wet bar with microwave for convenient popcorn making as well as a mini fridge to hold the drinks. And let's not forget the electronic dart board. Lots of fun in this one area.
For dining, the main level dining area has a table and four chairs plus the counterbar area has four additional stools. The finished basement also has a table with 6 chairs for additional seating.
Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, full size washer, dryer and more. No smoking. Garage not available for use. Additional parking in lot, on parking pad and on street. Pets allowed.
