The loft on the second floor is a great place to read a book, have a conversation or just enjoy some quiet time after a hectic day at the beach or pool . Fantastic open deck and screened porch too makes for great outside space. The front of the home has a nice size covered front porch where you can people watch.
There is a nice lawn area in back that is nice place for the kids to play. Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen and full size washer and dryer too. The garage has a second full size refrigerator/freezer which is good for those extra beverages or just to help hold all the food for a hungry family. There are also several beach chairs in the garage that can be used at the beach.
