About this home: This spacious 2-story 7-bedroom, 4.5-bath large (3,600 square feet) single family home has been recently renovated with designer touches throughout!  Our home features two king suites, bright foyer, and smiles throughout!

The first floor features a larger spacious master suite (king bed) and luxurious bath with his and hers vanities, large corner whirlpool/soaking tub and separate shower. There are two other bedrooms on this floor as well. One with a queen bed and the other with both a queen and single bed. There is a new large bathroom next to these two bedrooms that features a 36-inch doorway that can accommodate a wheelchair or walker. This bath also has dual vanities and tub/shower combination with handheld shower. There are several grab bars in shower/tub area and around commode. There is also a powder room on this floor as well. 

The second floor offers four bedrooms, including a slightly smaller master suite with a large walk in shower. There are a total of 4 bedrooms on the second floor. You have the master suite with the king bed, another bedroom with a queen and a extra-long single, a third bedroom with 2 singles and a huge bonus room / bedroom combination that has two pyramid bunks (single bed over double bed).  This floor also has a Jack and Jill bath. You will find TV's in every bedroom.

There are multiple large common living areas where family and friends can choose to be together of spread out. The great room is just that ... great! It features a large well-equipped kitchen with huge center island with seating for 5. Big coffee drinkers? Not to worry ... we have both a 10 cup and a 30 cup coffeemaker. The dining area has an awesome 10-foot farm table that will seat 12. The spacious living area has comfortable seating, gas fireplace for those chilly fall and winter evenings and a large screen TV. 

A great screened porch faces out to a peaceful wooded area with large yard which is a great area for the kids to play. The porch has high ceilings, and a lighted fan that will cool you in the shade while your family dines at the large patio table or catch up while lounging in the wicker conversation areas. 

This bonus room is a great rec area for all the kids, young and old. This room features a large screen TV, foosball and plenty of toys, games and puzzles to keep the kids busy.    

Located on a large quiet cul-de-sac, the house has a covered front porch that is only 50 yards from the community's tot lot. The garage houses a second refrigerator/freezer to hold those extra beverages or food for your hungry family. There are also several pool and beach toys that you are welcome to use. Beach chairs, umbrella and wheeled cooler are provided. 

Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen and full size washer and dryer too. Non-smoking. No pets allowed.

Extras: 8 TVs, 1 VCR, 3 DVDs, Stereo w/CD player, Gas fireplace, Direct hook-up gas grill, Wireless Internet, Assorted games, toys & puzzles. Available at the home: Pack 'n Play crib, 1 high chair and 1 booster seat. (Because these are courtesy items, none are guaranteed) .

Just three miles to the beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including The Village Pavilion (with indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard surface tennis court, multi-sport court, saunas and community meeting room with free wireless Internet for homeowners and guests), outdoor pool, playground, summer beach shuttle and clubhouse with restaurant - the family-friendly Bistro.
