About this home: Beautiful and spacious 2-story 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome - approximately 1,756 square feet - with view of the pond and the golf course.

Fabulous location situated a few steps to pavilion, beach shuttle stop, driving range, golf clubhouse and the Bistro. On the first floor of this spacious townhome is the living room with plenty of seating along with a gas fireplace and new 46 inch HD TV, a dining area, kitchen and a master suite with king size bed. The two remaining bedrooms are on the second floor with a Jack and Jill bathroom in between them.

Sit in the screened in porch or on the open deck and enjoy the wonderful views, the serenity of the pond or the excitement of a golf game. The third bedroom is set up with a dividing wall that separates one half of the room from the other about 3/4 of the way across. It doesn't make each half totally private, but does give more privacy than one large room. It is great for kids as they can have their own space to some extent and still be close to those in the other side of the room. One half of the room has two single beds and the other half has a pyramid bunk (single bed over double bed).

The twin beds in the third bedroom can be pushed together to form a king size bed, put together with a twin bed bridge piece, king mattress topper and mattress pad as well as a king size comforter. (If you rent the linen package you will get two twin sheet sets. If king size set is prefered, you will need to be bring your own.)

Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer too. Non-smoking.
