The first floor features three bedrooms, including a master suite. The second floor offers a fourth bedroom, bath and spacious loft. Has screened-in porch.

Community features and amenities: Outdoor pool (3ft - 5ft depth) is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend. Basketball by the pool along with a children's play area and picnic table. The Cabana offers a small fitness area.
NEW! Community guest passes update! Millville by the Sea now charges $20 per person (ages 4 and older) year round for use of the pool and exercise room. ResortQuest must order the passes by noon each Friday. Once ordered, the number of passes CANNOT be changed and passes CANNOT be purchased during your stay. If you order passes through ResortQuest, they will be included in your check-in packet on arrival. One of our rental representatives will contact the week of arrival to confirm whether you want community passes and how many you would like.
