Just off of the kitchen is a sunroom that leads out to the backyard, where you will find a community pond and walking/running trails. The additional 2 bedrooms are upstairs with a full hall bathroom. The loft has a queen sleep sofa, separate single bed and TV.
Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more. Parking: 1 in garage, plus driveway and additional parking across the street. Non-smoking. No pets.

Community Amenities & Features: Clubhouse (with wireless internet, locker rooms and grille), three outdoor swimming pools (consisting of a lazy river, lap pool & kiddie pool), fitness center, tennis pavilion (with four courts), nature and walking trails, shuttle to the beach and shopping (operates seasonally, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday through Monday).
Note: Pool Season 2013: 6 swipe cards will be issued for 6 people. Additional guests using the pool will be charged $2 per day and will receive a hand stamp. Children under 5 are not required to have pass. Shuttle Bus: 6 wrist bands included.
