About this home: This three-story, 4-bedroom (and private loft), 3-bath townhome is in the exciting community of Millville by the Sea.
This townhome features three stories of pure relaxation. The first floor has the comfortable living area, the dining area and the modern kitchen with island. There is one bedroom on this floor with a queen bed. There is a shared full bath that is accessible from the bedroom and the hall for guests to easily access.
The second floor features 3 more bedrooms. One of which is a master suite with king bed and a private bath. The third bedroom features a queen size bed and bedroom number four has a daybed with trundle. There is also a hall bath on this floor as well.
The top floor is the incredible loft space. It is private, bright and very spacious. This space serves many purposes including a family room, a kids play area and a work space. There is also a queen sleep sofa so it can double as sleeping space when needed. The nautical decor makes it even more special.
The screened porch on the back of the house makes for a quiet and relaxing area for enjoying some down time while sipping a cold beverage. You will not be dissapointed!
Minutes to the local beaches, tax-fee shopping, water sports, family amusements and more. Central air conditioning for those hot and humid summer days. Well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer too. Non-smoking. No pets allowed.

Community features and amenities: Outdoor pool (3-5-foot depth) is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend. Basketball by the pool along with a kids play area & picnic area. There is also a Cabana room with exercise equipment..
NEW! Community guest passes update! Millville by the Sea now charges $20 per person (ages 4 and older) year round for use of the pool and exercise room. ResortQuest must order the passes by noon each Friday. Once ordered, the number of passes CANNOT be changed and passes CANNOT be purchased during your stay. If you order passes through ResortQuest, they will be included in your check-in packet on arrival. One of our rental representatives will contact you prior to your arrival to confirm whether you want community passes and how many you would like.
