About this home: Pet friendly (dogs only, please)!* Great golf views and just steps to all of the resort community's amenities. Plus, this inviting 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath town home - approximately 1,756 square feet - has been well thought out to meet your vacation needs.
The 1st floor spacious master suite features a king size bed. Beautiful custom and decorative tile floors on the entire first floor. Upstairs you will find two large tastefully-furnished bedrooms. We have added sufficient beds so no one is relegated to an uncomfortable sleep sofa. In fact, we purposely did not even put a sleep sofa in our home. This home also offers a great sun deck and screened porch where you can sit and relax with the family, BBQ on the grill and watch some great golf action.
Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen and full size washer and dryer too. Non-smoking.
Extras: 4 TVs, 4 DVDs, Charcoal grill, 1-car garage, Wireless Internet, Gas fireplace
Note: There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee charged when bringing a pet. From October through April the pet fee is reduced to $75 ($100 for 2 dogs)..

Just three miles to the beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including The Village Pavilion (with indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard surface tennis court, multi-sport court, saunas and community meeting room with free wireless Internet for homeowners and guests), outdoor pool, playground, summer beach shuttle and clubhouse with restaurant. An additional per person fee is required for use of the amenities.
