About this home: PET FRIENDLY (1 dog only)! Adorable and affordable 2-bedroom, 1-bath single family home not far from the beach and shopping!

This house is great for a small family or a couple of companions wanting to get away for a few days or a few weeks. It has a nice big yard and two decks, one in the back of the house and one on the side for you to sit back and relax. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. There is a nice open living room and you have one bedroom with two single beds pushed together or you can separate them if needed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa.

Window air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more. Parking: driveway. Non-smoking.

Extras: 1 TV, 1 DVD, Outside shower, Charcoal grill
