The furnished basement features an electronic dart board, foosball table and a mini-fridge.
The well-equipped kitchen features everything you will need for everyday cooking and eating. Small private courtyard area too.
Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer too. Non-smoking. No pets allowed.
