Oversized screen porch with brick patio includes gas grill and plenty of outdoor seating and dining for the whole family. New for 2011, beadboard wainscoting and new carpet throughout.
Three bedrooms, including a master suite, located on the first floor. Three more bedrooms located on the second floor. Large grassy backyard area with views of a pond.
The garage is converted into a full game room boasting a pool table/ping pong table, foosball, big screen TV, couch and more. Game room area usable year round but not heated or cooled. Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more. Non-smoking. No pets allowed.
