About this home: This second floor 2-bedroom (and loft), 3-bath golf villa - approximately 1,939 square feet - offers the utmost in convenience and features a private screened porch and open air rear deck with fantastic view of the pond.
The living area has a comfy sectional sofa as well as a gas fireplace for those chilly evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything needed for everyday cooking and eating.
The master suite is spacious and includes king size bed as well as a loveseat just perfect for curling up with a good book. The attached master bath has dual vanity, separate tub and walk in shower. The second bedroom is just acros the hall from the master and features a queen size bed. Right next to this bedroom is the hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The loft is set up as a bedroom and features it's own full bath room with a tub/shower combination. There is a daybed with a pop up single trundle. It is currently set up as a king bed but it can be separated and used as two single/twin beds..
