About this home: New for 2012! Located on a corner lot in the new community of Forest Landing, this spacious 4-bedroom (and loft), 2.5-bath duplex home features a first floor master bedroom with a spacious master bath complete with dual vanity and large tiled shower. The kitchen features stainless appliances and granite countertops.
On the second floor you will find three bedrooms along with a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination. There is a loft that overlooks the living area which has a comfortable rocker that is great for catching up on the latest bestseller as well as a desk set up for those that may need to do some work while on vacation. It is the great place to sit down with your laptop and check e-mail. There is a small lawn area in back and on the side of the home.
Play golf? If so, this lovely home is located right across the street from the Bear Trap Dunes golf course which features 27 holes. You are also only 15 minutes from the community of Bayside which features very challenging course.
There are several other courses located just a few miles from the community of Forest Landing.
