Perfect Location, Perfect View!
This condo is just perfect for a beach get away for two couples or a family of 4! The penthouse view and balcony overlooking the ocean is great! With the roomy loft, it is like having two bedrooms. Everything (pools, tennis, the beach, great restaurants, shopping) is in walking distance or easily reachable by the tram. This place will great in any season with indoor pools and indoor tennis.

Great winter getaway
I took my son to Sea Colony for a long winter weekend getaway. I wanted to let him know how much I appreciate him. (Most of the time) The condo was really great. It was clean and nicely furnished. The view was spectacular. My son (computer geek) even enjoyed a walk on the beach to collect some shells. All of the staff at Sea Colony was great--very courteous and helpful. We really would like to come back in the summer and enjoy the outdoor pools and many other amenities. We liked it so much that we talked about just staying there until somebody noticed and came to throw us out. I would highly recommend this condo and all the Sea Colony has to offer--even in the winter. The town of Bethany Beach is very quaint.

Excellent Unit
We were very impressed with the unit. The opennes and ease of maintaing it. It was very easy to keep clean and picked up. This was our 19th visit to Sea Colony and by far the best unit. We also appreciated the availability of the manuals for all the appliances. Very helpul.

Comfortable and Clean!
Clean, comfortable condo in convenient location at Sea Colony Oceanfront. The condo delivers everything as shown in the photos, kitchen is updated, good workspace. The second bedroom is spacious enough for 2 kids to share and still have room to spread out their stuff! Furnishings are cheerful and bright, beds are comfortable... even the pull out sleeper sofa! Have stayed at 807 Dover past 3 years, have always found all to be in good working order and clean on arrival. The 2 assigned parking spaces, new this year from the previous one assigned, was a welcome addition to this already great value for the money.

The Perfect Spot
We loved the unit at #301 Dover. It is clean, comfortable and has the most incredible view from the corner unit. Recently renovated, it has a gourmet kitchen - although not big, it functions well. Plenty of flat screen TVs and two spaces in the living area - one for reading/talking and one for watching tv which was great for our group. We loved being on the 3rd floor so we could easily walk up and down the stairs and enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. Plenty of toys, games, beach chairs. The rented linens were good quality.
