This tastefully decorated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath getaway features an enchanting floor plan, a remodeled kitchen and many other updates, improvements and new furnishings, including bamboo wood floors in the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom.
You can relax on the large private deck or its screened in porch. There is central air conditioning, electric fireplace, new HEI washer/dryer and more.
Non-smoking. No pets allowed.
Extras: 4 TVs, 2 VCRs, 3 DVDs (1 Blu-Ray with Netflix instant movies loaded by owner), Wireless Internet, Ipod stereo & charging station, 2 Blow dryers, Electric fireplace, Library of books for various ages, games, puzzles, cards, etc. Owner leaves 4 beach chairs for guests.
For the kids: Bed safety rail, 2 Nintendo Game Cubes, 10 Game Cube video games, Leapster with plug adaptor and 1 game, Ipod speakers.
Note: This Sea Colony vacation rental features tile in all the living spaces, bamboo wood floors in master and 2nd bedrooms and carpet in the 3rd bedroom.
