This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath town home near the Aquatic Center (also known as Tennis Pool #4) and Great Pine Lake features all the comforts of home, including a spacious second floor landing, well-equipped eat-in kitchen, three-season sun porch, private sundeck, cozy gas fireplace and more.
Almost completely refurnished in 2007 and 2008 featuring cheerful and fun colors throughout. The beautiful tile floors on the first floor make the sand easy to tame and the soft carpet on the second floor is cozy for the refurnished (2008) bedrooms. This town home is well-equipped and beautifully maintained.
