the ocean, surf and beach - offering a front row seat to the sunrise each morning.
This resort getaway's custom-built, well-equipped kitchen features Silestone countertops and upgraded appliances plus a complete complement of small
countertop "kitchen helpers," utensils, cookware and plenty of cabinet
space.
You find ceramic floor tiles in the entrance, kitchen and breakfast bar area.
The master bathroom was recently updated/enlarged and bi-fold doors were added for easier (if needed wheelchair) access.
New window treatments/ blinds and new carpeting
were added throughout in 2011.
The balcony facing the ocean offers comfortable outdoor furniture, including lunch table with four chairs. The condo is equipped with central air conditioning/ heating, ASKO
energy/water saving washer-dryer combination with pull-out shelf for folding
laundry, GE oven with ceramic cook-top, GE microwave, GE dishwasher and a
large French-door refrigerator/Freezer, convenient with ice and filtered
water through the door.
