With a large back screened porch for crab-eating, it's great for a couple or small family. Bring your boat because there is plenty of room to tie it up. (No boat dock, a bulk-headed lot). Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room.
Window-unit air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more. Parking: in the driveway. Non-smoking.
