About this home: Dog friendly! Bring your boat! Canalfront 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath single family home on stilts at the intersection of two canals, with grass yard, boat dock, swings and hammock. A view of the canal from every room.

Walking, biking or driving distance to South Bethany’s guarded beach. Tastefully decorated with bright colors. Vaulted ceilings and lots of windows provide space and sunlight! The upstairs bedroom is great for children.

Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, washer, dryer and more. In addition to a master and full hall bath, there is also an indoor, enclosed downstairs shower. Rinse off after the beach with the outside foot shower and hose.

Parking: Under home and in driveway. Non-smoking.

Extras: 3 TVs, 3 DVDs, Gas grill, Wireless Internet, Movie and book library, Kayaks available (with a signed waiver at check-in)

Note: Pet friendly - dogs only. A $150 non-refundable pet fee is required. This is a Friday to Friday check-in during the summer months.
