The first floor consists of an open living room, well-equipped kitchen and dining area - great for entertaining! Also on this floor are two bedrooms (one with queen bed and one with two singles) and a full hall bath.
The second level consists of a master bedroom and a fourth bedroom with two singles. The wooden swing on the front screened porch is ideal for a morning cup of coffee. The back screened porch is ideal for an after beach competition of foosball and fun!
Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Parking for 2-3 cars in the driveway. Non-smoking. No pets allowed.
