| Steve has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1997. As rental manager from 97 to 98, Steve was responsible for all aspects of Coastal Resort’s rental program that included a majority of the homes available for rent at Sea Colony. He implemented many of the programs that the rental department utilizes today. From 1998 to 2001, Steve worked for the Freeman Companies as a marketing manager and a member of the Acquistions and Dispositions team and was involved in the purchase of several golf courses and negotiations for several large development projects. In 2001, Steve moved into Real Estate Sales and quickly became a leader in the industry. Steve has served in many capacities for the Sussex County Association of REALTORS®, including a term as President in 2009 . Voted into this position by his peers, it is both an honor professionally and an opportunity to offer his customers a higher level of service based on his broader set of skills, constantly increasing knowledge base, and the myriad of experiences Steve has been exposed to as President. Steve obtained his Broker’s License in 2006 and earned the right to be a member of the Council of Residential Specialist (CRS) in 2009 and the RSPS designation in 2010. The CRS designation is one held by less than 4% of the over 1,000,000 REALTORS® members. The Resort & Second Home Specialist Designation is recognition of a higher level of education and knowledge in issues related to the Resort & Second Home markets. Steve’s clients continuously rank him in the highest percentages in customer service, while being recognized annually as a recipient of numerous sales and listing awards. Annually, Steve continues to be at the top of production for his company and within the industry in Delaware. | |||||
