The Kiwanis Club of Hilton Head Island will present the 28th Annual Chili Cookoff, to be held at the Coastal Discovery Museum at Honey Horn, from 12:00 Noon to 4:00 PM, Saturday, October 13, 2012, rain or shine. The event features local chili cooks in the professional and amateur categories, with separate awards for each. More than likely 25-30 restaurants will participate. Live musical entertainment and children festivities are expected. Beverages and other food items will be available for purchase.


Tickets will be available on the day of the event and proceeds will benefit several local children charitable organizations.
