Sporting Events Fri, Jun 28, 2013 (All day) to Sun, Jul 7, 2013 (All day) The 3rd Annual Ride Sun Valley Bike Festival returns to Sun Valley June 29 – July 6, 2013 with a complete eight days of races and events for geared for anyone who can balance on two wheels. Recently named as an IMBA Epic Ride Center, the region’s Ride Sun Valley event will be hosting the USA Cycling Marathon Mountain Bike National Championships as an integral part of its celebration as one of the nation’s true mountain bike meccas. New event additions this year include the Sun Valley Super Enduro, Ride Sun Valley Bike Demo Days, Ketchum Criterium, Bald Juan Cross Country and the MASSV Music Festival. Marathon competitors will vie for the stars and stripes on a modified two lap version of the 2012 USA Cycling Amateur Cross Country Mountain Bike National Championship course, with a one lap race offered for those wishing to race a cross country length event (non-Championship). Expect the fast flowy singletrack, incredible vistas, and perfect weather and track conditions that are signature Sun Valley in July. The Sun Valley Super Enduro Pro Open is presented by Shimano and Scott Sports offering four different downhill stages and one bike park stage for riders to test their skill and ability to keep the throttle wide open.
