Great Place
I was looking for a quiet spot for my wife and I and Seagrove was a perfect. A14 was clean, quiet, and had all the features we needed. I'll use the condo again and have no problems recommending it. A14 is on the 3rd floor and outside stairs must be used so be prepared for that.

Great Vacation!
The unit was as advertised and was perfect for our family of 4. The bunk beds in the hallway were a huge hit. The unit was very clean and everything was better than expected. Great views of the beach.

Unit Needs Attention
We recently rented a condo (C-14) at Palms at Seagrove through Resort Quest. The price was very affordable. When we drove through the entrance of Palms at Seagrove, we were not disappointed. Although an older property, it is well taken care of, freshly painted, and the grounds are beautifully manicured. We especially liked that it was not a high rise condo, but a smaller three story building. It is right on the ocean, just a few steps away.
C14 is on the 3rd floor. This unit has one bedroom with adjoining bath, 2 bunks tucked in the hallway, a large hallway bathroom, and a small but adequate kitchen and living/dining area.
Sliding doors lead out to a small deck with a gorgeous view of the ocean.
This unit had two major problems: a musty, stinky odor and very dirty carpets (living room and bedroom). If the carpet situation could be solved, the bad odor would probably be solved. Possibly a good steam cleaning would take care of the problem. Also the deck furniture was moldy and dirty. Otherwise, this unit has great potential, just needs a little love and care.
We would definitely return to the Palms at Seagrove, and would recommend this unit if the carpet could be replaced or cleaned.
No WiFi.
Old TV in living room and tiny flatscreen in bedroom but both worked fine.

Not recommended
Amenities indicated 2 DVD players (as a one bedroom, one would presume one DVD in the den and one in the bedroom). However, only one DVD (in the den) was present. Amenities also indicated wi-fi capability for internet. There was NO wifi (completely inoperative). We alerted the ResortQuest staff the first day and never heard from them concerning the issue the entire time we were there. Completely unresponsive, other than, "we'll contact the owner." Broken lamp in the bedroom on our arrival. When you are paying the premium summer rate and are counting on wifi (as advertised) for work contact, you do expect to get the amenities that are being advertised. We will not be staying here again or with a resort quest property.

Gulf Front - Awesome!
We enjoyed our stay immensely and will definitely be back! Condo is nicely decorated and with all the amenities of home. The only thing I would say could be improved is the bath tub cleaning. Otherwise, all was clean and tidy! The view and location are wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Our Getaway
Perfect location and the best gulf views. Simple, comfortable lodging. Right on the beach. Real equipped kitchen. Cozy and comfortable. Can step out onto balcony 24/7 to hear the ocean. Lush green lawn enhances property. Private and quiet condo. Would love to be allowed to bring my pet, though. She is part of our family and we hate to have to leave her behind. Please get a pair of scissors for the kitchen because we like to cook while in C7. Very clean overall. Carpet could use a good washing.
