Nice and cozy....
Nice and cozy for a small family. Love the layout of the place and how close you are to the beach. Its clean and stocked to fit your basic needs. Plus you get Free beach service. It was uncrowded and quiet during the time we stay. Enjoyed every moment of it. Only thing is that the water is murky(brown) and not blue like destin waters. Overall it was still pretty.

Loved SeaDown's Edge A2
You can't get any closer to the edge of the ocean! We loved the house and were very comfortable there. Great views of the ocean & beach from all areas. There are steps but needed the workout. The steps down to the beach seemed to need repair as they lean to one side. The deck is great for relaxing. It is a plus to have the beach service. However; the beach chairs & umbrella service seemed to be a hassle every morning. It would be great to have them reserved or marked after they do get set up. I did not want to have to deal with that every day. The refrigerator had several shelves in the door that were missing or broken. Tv's needed updating but we did not watch much TV anyway. The beach is amazing and not overcrowded with people even though Dunes of Seagrove condos are next door. Just down the beach is Deer Lake State Park where I walked each morning and usually saw no one! Great relaxing time spent in this house and I hope to come again next year!

A TERRIFIC PLACE TO STAY!
Our family of 6 stayed and enjoyed every minute. Very clean. Will re-book. Excellent beach view. Just steps away from the beach. A perfect get-a-way. 20 min drive either direction to Destin or Panama City. Stay here if you want BEACH TIME. Top floor - does have steps.

Love Your House But It Needs Work
This would be a favorite house but I am disappointed. May I offer some suggestions? Please clean the carpet, clean the bed
covers between guests, and get a new mattress for the master bedroom. We had a problem opening the door because the door handle may be loose. I think there was one lightbulb that needed replacing. Also for complimentary beach service, it seems we had
to push to get it. I would expect that it would be set up for the
stay. When I brought up my concerns, the staff was helpful, but I
think the owner would be responsible for the quality of the furnishings. You have a wonderful beach house but it needs attention. Thank you very much.

Wonderful home for a family of 4
"Seadown's Edge was perfect for our family of 2 (one 8 year old and a 1 year old). Everything in the condo was in perfect order and very clean. The only draw backs that I could see are: 1) the ocean front decks are joined (with stairs separting the units) so if you are sharing the quadplex with other families (that are not your own) you will get to know eachother - I guess that could be a plus, depending on the neighbor. 2) The stair climbing you will be doing to get to and from the beach - helps with the extra pounds you will pick up from all the local cuisine though.
The view is great! Overall a very nice quiet - relaxing family vacation."

This was a wonderful location to enjoy the beach. Very close to everything yet secluded to it's own area of the beach. Was tastefully decorated and great to be able to just walk down the stairs to the beach. Great location.
