Clean, Nice, Great Value!
I have paid far more to stay waterfront in the area and i was concerned if this unit would be nice...I notice things alot of others wouldn’t. Rest assured this review is thorough:) We were impressed. great view, super clean, tons of towels. Comfy mattress. Cold A/C. All appliances in perfect order. loved the bar height table and chairs + loungers on the balcony! I will likely rent this very unit again. The only issue we had was the balcony outlet wasn’t working. I made a call and the maintenance man came promptly. he was unable to fix the outlet at that time, but was apologetic and courteous. Only other issues were super minor and were reported at check-out: fridge water filter needed changing, shower light out (but the vanity light was more than enough, i didn’t notice the light out until day 3) and the closet shelf was sagging enough to make it difficult to hang some clothes. We have dealt with ResortQuest many times before and, as always the service was A+ from check-in to check-out. I wouldn’t be surprised if the things i mentioned were fixed within hours. (an older review listed problems with door lock and loose nails on the balcony. Those problems have been fixed) Great Stay!:)
