Seawatch "A" is the perfect place for your next family gathering. Situated in Gulf Trace Community, Grayton Beach, Seawatch "A" is a two-story duplex home that sleeps 16. "A" is the west side of the home. Each floor has its own living space so this gives you plenty of space to relax and enjoy making family memories. Enjoy the fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico from the second floor wrap around deck. The first floor gives you access to the spacious patio and pool area. Located on the first floor you have a living room with a big screen TV, a dining room with seating for eight, and a mini kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, sink, and a dishwasher. Also, on the first floor is a king bedroom and a bedroom with two double/twin bunks. There are also two full bathrooms. The second floor has another living room, dining room with seating for eight, a full kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, cook top and oven, and all the utensils and pots and pans you will need to prepare your family's favorite meal. The second floor has a king bedroom and a bedroom with two queen beds and queen sleeper sofa. There are also two full bathrooms on the second floor. The public beach access is located just a short walk away.
