Disappointing Replacement
"Our stay at this condo was feathered with small disappointments. We had originally been booked to stay at the Legacy Condominiums. ResortQuest cancelled the booking as the unit was sold. They agreed to find us a replacement of equal quality ie. ammenities, size and quality of furnishings, decor, etc. This particular unit did not compare to our original booking on any level. Non of the participants in our group would have given a Platinum rating to this unit as many things were either missing or broken. The unit was not as clean as it should have been and although this is not the owners responsibility, I feel that they should be made aware of the misrepresentation of this home. We voiced our concerns to management at ResortQuest and received a small discount in our overall price. We take great pains each year researching and selecting our vacation home and to have been bumped from our premier selection to this unit was truly a disappointment. We were very dissatisfied with the ResortQuest team for their lack of service and less than courteous conversations with us while trying to compensate our group. Future trips will not be booked through this company. In closing, I must comment that the unit is located in a great area with not too many steps down to the beach. It is spacious and accomodated our group of 10 comfortably. I would be uncomfortable with giving it a Platinum rating and would not return to rent this unit again. "
