This exceptional house is sure to please anyone and everyone with its first class accommodations. From the moment you pull up to this house you will be pleased with everything you see. There is a three car garage that sits just under the carriage house and there is parking for five additional vehicles. This house offers many amenities that most vacation homes do not offer which include two living rooms, a fireplace, outdoor shower, gourmet kitchen (in main house), Sony PlayStation 2, two sets of washer and dryers, free wireless internet, private pool which is heated year around to 82 degrees, private boardwalk, and five sets of beach service (in season). The main house is where eight of the ten bedrooms are located including both Master Suites. The first Master Suite is located on the second floor and offers a whirlpool tub, King sized bed, and private balcony facing the carriage house. The second Master Suite is located on the third floor and has access to the third floor balcony which offers gorgeous gulf front views. This bedroom has a King sized bed and two bunk beds (one set). The balcony off the third floor can also be accessed through the hallway. The pool deck is located off of the second floor and offers plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their time outside relaxing and working on their tan. The carriage house offers two additional bedrooms, a kitchen, and living room. This home also features a bonus theatre room with eight recliners and a huge flat screen TV with surround sound. There is also a game room with plenty of seating to relax with family and friends.
