This beautifully appointed - yet economically priced - four bedroom three story home is located in the Seacrest Beach area of the Beaches of South Walton. It is only a short walk to the beach walkover and then 85 yards to the beach. Perfect affordability is the quality that keeps quests returning year after year. The first floor features an inviting open floor plan for your perfect family time together. The sofa and love seat face a 50" flat screen TV for your entertainment. The dining table is a wonderful wood piece hand picked to accommodate eight guests. There are two bar stools at the granite topped breakfast bar. The full kitchen has all black appliances and is completely outfitted for the preparation and serving of full meals if that is your desire. There is a backyard and porch area to relax and grill while the children play games. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom are also located on the first floor. The second floor consists of the double/twin bunk room, with balcony, and a full bathroom off the hallway. The master bedroom and the master bathroom are on this floor. There is a whirlpool tub, double vanity, and walk-shower in the master bath. The third floor is a bedroom with a queen bed with private balcony that provides you with wonderful views o the Gulf of Mexico. There are four TV's, 5DVD's and a CD stereo in this spacious and airy, 2800 square foot vacation home. All linens are provided for your convenience.
