The kitchen is well stocked and includes stainless steel Kitchen Aid(TM) cookware. The dining room table boasts 8 upholstered chairs and a large expandable table. The Mediterranean style continues in the living room with 2 sofas (one a full sofa sleeper) and a leather recliner and decorator ceiling fan. Entertainment abounds with a 46" flat screen TV with high definition cable service, sound bar system, and Sony Playstation 3/BlueRay/DVD player. The unit is also stocked with several family board games to enjoy. The bedrooms are large and comfortable with professionally designed bed coverings. The Master boasts a King bed and a 37" flat screen TV and DVD player, walk in closet and ceiling fan. A wraparound shower and jetted tub appoint the large bathroom. The second bedroom is configured with a King bed, 26" flat screen TV and DVD player. Its bathroom contains a large walk in shower. The 3rd bedroom with a total of 4 twin beds configured as 2 sets of bunks has a 26" tv with a DVD player and a Wii. The attached bathroom contains a tub and shower combination. Located in the west part of the building enjoy first floor partial views of the gulf through the nature preserve and views of 2 pools and the coastal dune lake. The balcony is outfitted with a bar height table and four chairs and 2 Frontgate(TM) chaises. Wireless and wired high-speed internet access provided.
