Seadown's Edge A3 is a cute little get-a-way snuggled literally into the dunes conveniently located on the first floor of the Seadown's Edge building (units A1 and A2). This two story/ 2 bedroom unit is brand new and is the perfect private little retreat for guests on a budget. It sits right at the edge of the gulf, but due to the sand dune, it has only a northern view, yet it has its own walkway to the gulf. A3 offers a private entrance with inviting French doors. The fun and beachy d?cor sets the scene for a wonderful vacation. The full size kitchen offers a gorgeous tile countertop and backsplash. With white cabinets and appliances to include coffee maker, microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher this kitchen is more than adequate. Seating is available for four at the bar. The master bedroom is tastefully decorated with rich rust color bedspread. The master bath has a single vanity and separate walk-in shower and tub. The second bedroom features a queen bed with stunning crimson bedspread and fresh white furnishings. This bedroom also boasts a second bathroom adding a little luxury to your stay. The unit has three flat screen TV's and three DVD players. This is a great unit for guests staying in Seadown's Edge A1 and/or A2 (or at the Dunes of Seagrove) who need over-flow bedding accommodations.
