The large balcony off the living room and master bedroom, makes eating outside a treat while watching the kids play in the pool. The kitchen is spacious enough for preparing a social meal. The kids will enjoy the bunk room decorated in a surfer theme. The dining room table seats 6, with additional seating at the bar. For your entertainment the owner has put a 50" TV with DVD player in the living room and a 42" TV in the master bedroom. Beautiful artwork in every room complement the designer inspired d?cor.
