Teacher's Pet is a fantastic three-story, 3 bedroom / 2bath home featuring an observation deck on the third with amazing views. It is situated just one block east of Seaside and two blocks north of Highway 30A. On the first floor you will find the astonishing open living/dining room which is very spacious. The living room has plenty of seating for everyone. There is a full bathroom off the kitchen and also one of the queen bedrooms. The second floor has the master bedroom with private balcony. The queen bedroom is also located on the 2nd floor. There is a shared full bathroom on this floor. On your way up to the third level there is a wonderful little sitting area where children will love to sit and read their favorite book. The third level is a tower room with a table, chairs, and a wet bar with mini refrigerator and sink. Enjoy watching the sunrise and sunset. This house is located next door to Moondance and Tupelo Honey. Rent all three for your next family reunion!
