This wonderful, three-story, beach home has all the charm you need to relax and enjoy the pristine beaches of Seagrove and the quaint atmosphere of Scenic 30-A. Relax in the beachside, endless pool or lounge on the 2,000 sq. ft. of outdoor decks. Spacious rooms on all three floors provide comfort and privacy for everyone in your group. The first floor consists of a Gulf Front master suite with a patio that walks out to the pool area. An exercise room equipped with a treadmill, elliptical machine, and weights. There is also a steam and sauna room plus a half bath. The middle level features a wrap around balcony, a spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen area as well as a guest suite with queen bed and full bath. The third floor consists of two bedrooms with queen beds and the fabulous master suite with a king bed. The master bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, Jacuzzi tub, and two vanities. Other features include an elevator, fireplace, and sound systems on each floor.
