High Pointe Resort unit E44 is a 2012 newly remodeled condo with new appliances, new cabinets and counter tops, new flooring, new furnishings; along with all new flat screen TV's. You will enjoy a relaxing stay at the beach with all amenities this unit offers along with its magnificent views of the sparkling Gulf on Mexico and sugar white beaches. This unit offers you complimentary WIFI, DVD players to view your complimentary DVD movie rentals, HD CABLE TV with digital receiver including music, and Long Distance Telephone Service. The unit is a (2) bedroom, (2) bath gulf front unit on the 4th floor of a building with only 24 units in it and consist of 1,315 SF. The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed, gulf views, TV, and is carpeted. Its bath has a double vanity granite counter top, walk-in shower with glass shower doors, whirlpool garden tub, and closet. The Guest Bedroom has (2) Queen Size Beds, TV, access to bath from room and is carpeted. The 2nd bath has a tub/shower combo, and granite counter top vanity. The living dining area looks out over the gulf and shares a trey cathedral ceiling and is tiled. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, custom tile floors the large open bar allows for viewing the beautiful beach scenery from the kitchen. There is a pantry and a full size washer dryer for you use. The unit will sleep a party up to 5 people. Staying @ High Pointe unit E44 you will be able to take advantage of all the amenities the Resort has to offer and will definitely be coming back to year after year.
