Mom and dtr. beach trip
This condo was fine for me and my 23 yr. old dtr. for a long weekend at beach. We choose gulfview because rates were cheaper and this was not our family summer vacation, just a getaway. It was clean and updated with flat screen tv's in living room and bedroom.
Loved being on scenic 98 in Destin. This unit was plenty room for us but may have been a llitle cramped for more than two. It is across from beach but had beach acess just a short walk! Would definetly stay here again. Only complaint would be the nosey ceiling fan in bedroom, it kept us from sleeping well at night. That would be an easy fix I would think.

We had a wonderful time in Destin The condos at Gulf view 1 were great, but it would have been nice if the owner of 312 provided nice seating on the balcony.

Enjoyable Stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the accomodations. No complaints and no problems. View was awesome in room 315. We were very pleasantly surprised by how well the room was furnished including many kitchen small appliances. Would definitely book again!

The Perfect getaway
My best friend and I came to Destin for a low-key beach vacation. This was the perfect condo to do so. The view was amazing! You cannot find very many places that provide an amazing view and is DIRECTLY across the street from the beach for this price! We really enjoyed drinking wine in the rocking chairs on our balcony. The condo was very basic but had everything we needed. We got massages on Day 1 at the Surfside Spa down the street. AMAZING! Best massage we ever had and at a great price too! I wouldnt suggest this condo for more than 3 people max bc it could get pretty crowded, otherwise it was a great condo!

Family vacation
This was our third stay in your condos.....The first two times were great but this time our room was not ready when we got there so we had to wait at least an hour. Then, the room was just half cleaned. There was sand all over the counters in the kitchen and black mold and mildew in the shower and on the shower curtains. This was disgusting. The room needed to be updated some also. Other than the cleanliness factor of the room, we still enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back this year.

Gulfview-Destin
I have been to Destin several years in a row, sometimes alone just to rest and regroup. All but once, I have stayed at the Gulfview. It is like a home away from home. Quiet, peaceful, and everything necessary to be comfortable and hear the ocean. The condos are comfortable and have everything anyone could need to just enjoy the beauty of Destin and the white sandy beaches. I plan to retire there some day.
