Nice place
Our stay was nice. The place was very clean and had a nice view of the beach across the street. However, the beds were not the most confortable. The bed in the bedroom was ok, but the bunk beds and the futton were very uncomfortable. My husband and I slept on all trying to find the most comfortable place. Our kids were even uncomfortable in the bunk beds. However, we did find that after padding the futton that it was a little better. My suggestion for this type of situation would be to provide the guests with plenty of extra blankets to pad the mattresses if necessary. I'm sure it's hard to please everyone's sleeping preferences but with the extra blankets this might be able to be accomplished. The whole check in procedure was a bit frusterating. When we got to the condo's we expected to find an office of some sorts. Instead we had to ask some guests that were staying there what we needed to do to get our info to check into the room. Turned out we had to walk 2 buildings down to the back of a building to call from a phone and get a code to unlock a cabinet to get our packet..... Never would have guessed that's what we were to do. Not the best procedure in my opinion. After the long 15 hour drive, it would have been nice to have been informed on the entire procedure. We stayed at a resortquest resort 3 years before and actually checked into our place at the front desk. Actaully seeing and speaking to someone is a very good thing! The pools were great. It was very nice to come from the beach, rinse off and get into the pool.

I completely understand how it is more comfortable checking in with someone, but for guests checking in after 5:00 PM, there is a telephone at the check in location manned 24 hours a day in order to provide late check in. You should have received information about this with your confirmation and I am so sorry if you did not, as I can certainly understand how confusing this must have been. In addition, we will check the condition of the bunk bed mattresses in case it is time to address this with the owner, but I want to thank you for your suggestion about providing the additional blankets.
