We was very disappointed in this unit. We had to let a repair man come fix the ice maker, because it flooded the kitchen. It needs a lot of tender loving care. The grounds and the building is a very nice place to stay. The people who work to keep it nice and clean are very nice. They came work in the unit and was very helpful. They were there to fix things when we call. Have to be there to let them in. We did the best of it anyway. I would stay there, but not in that unit. July 1-5,2012. The rating is on the unit only.

Needs Updating
The location is great. It is close to everything. The beach access is fantastic, and the grounds, pool, etc. are very well kept.
As for this unit, it needs some updating. The front door doesn't make a very good first impression. A coat of paint would help. The blinds are in bad shape (duct tape on the blinds tells it all.) Some of the furniture is worn and the outdoor furniture needs a good cleaning.

2010 Review of Room 703 - Sterling Sands
This unit is in dire need of some updating. The valance in the master bedroom has not had any material on it for 2 years now. The bed has the same tired looking bedspread on it year after year. It looks faded and old. The fake trees in the unit have about 1 inch of dust on them. They are never cleaned. They just get worse every year. Beside the dishwasher (between the cupboard and dishwasher is very dirty). The curtain rod was bent and falling down over the glass sliding doors to the balcony. My husband fixed this for you. There was a pile of sand in front of the sliding doors and we never went to the beach so it was there when we arrived. We tried using the vacuum cleaner but it doesn't pick up anything. I'm sorry for complaining about the cleanliness but it irritates me so much that we have to continually pay this cleaning fee and we always leave the unit cleaner than it was when we arrived. We have stayed in this unit for 4 years now and are seriously thinking of another alternative. It looks like the owners don't care about this unit. Ours is the only door that is all rusty and paint peeling off (not very welcoming). Sorry but you wanted me to be honest about my review. Let me know of the outcome. Thank you.
P.S. We always enjoy the pool area. It is wonderful. Overall building kept up very well.
