For a cozy getaway by the beach, this beautifully appointed second floor contemporary unit has much to offer. The unit has a spacious private balcony accessible from the living area directly facing the Gulf of Mexico. The living room has wonderful oversized leather sofa and chair, flat screen TV, and tiled floors. The dining table seats four and there are three barstools for casual seating at the bar. The master bedroom has a beautiful wrought iron king bed, designer bedding, and access to the master bathroom. The hall bunks are built in and feature a top safety rail and cozy green bedding, perfect for the kids! There is one full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo as well as a Jack and Jill half bathroom. The kitchen has the full complement of house wares and full size appliances for meal preparation. Enjoy the convenience of a stackable washer and dryer also.
