This unit has a contemporary upscale design with a spacious balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf waters and crystal white sands at the premier Sandestin Resort. The unit is located on the tenth floor and features all the fine upgrades you would expect of a premier resort including granite countertops, top of the line furnishings, flat screen TVs in each of the bedrooms and living room, and a CD Stereo system. The living room offers a luxurious upscale sofa, a large flat screen TV, and two occasional chairs. You will find plenty of dining seating with a table for four and two barstools. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances, and everything you need to make a home cooked meal. There is a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. The master bedroom offers elegant and comfortable designer bedding, gorgeous furniture, and a cozy King bed. The master bathroom has a fabulous Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and dual vanity sinks. The guest bedroom features two comfortable twin beds, a fun beach decor, and access to the second full bathroom with shower/tub combo.
